There was also a photo opportunity at Wolverhampton Wanders accompanied by former Wolves player Mel Eves and then outside Wolverhampton University with Professor John Howles, first Worshipful Master of Concordia Lodge in Staffordshire, who developed the male contraceptive pill!! The walkers made good progress and after a pit stop at Albrighton, for a small libation, continued along a very pleasant route skirting RAF Cosford, and arrived at the Holiday Inn Telford at 16:20. They were met by Brethren of Iron Bridge Lodge who were destined to take up the challenge of the next leg.
